Paid vacation, 401K, discounts, and great health insurance
Absolutely the worst benefits out of any company I have ever worked for and that says a lot. The only benefit Im exercising with PhysAssist is health insurance and the name of the plan says it all "MINIMAL" coverage. No dental and no vision included. Im paying the same thing my husband pays but his includes vision and dental.
The best part is the knowledge you acquire from being able to be there during the interaction between the doctor and the patient.
PhysAssist Scribes provides health insurance for employees after a certain period of time. However, besides that, there aren't any other benefits. We don't get PTO, paid vacation, any other types of insurance, or anything. I believe there's a 401k - but I never signed up for it. However, based on the job title of ER Medical Scribe, I didn't really expect any huge benefits in the first place!
I don’t feel it’s something to really consider when recieving employment doesn’t look too good.
If their insurance carrier was one other than UHC I would give a higher rating.
Healthcare benefits are decent, offers 401k vision, dental, etc
Mediocre health insurance options. 401k match after one year of service with a max match of 3% At 50%. 12 days of PTO accrued for corporate employees per calendar year. No maternity or paternity leave options.
Not very good insurance, but does offer it.
There are no company perks, horrendous health insurance, 401k is cloaked in ambiguity without and clarification from the company, there is no paid time off at any point and you are guilted into taking time off by the project managers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
