Piedmont matches 401k up to 6% after your 1st year. They offer whole life insurance through aflac and accident insurance which is great if you have accident prone kids.

Bad: No HSA, few vacation days, and no sick days, maternity leave is minimal, no 401k match for first year Good: 6% 401K match after first year and vested immediately and good insurance coverage if use Piedmont Docs, get HIA money for participating in wellness programs
