I didn't receive any training for my internship. They have a nice internal system where you can watch endless amounts of professional development videos.
training was helpful and easy
The hours of video training. TOO LONG and you never remember what they say until you're out on the floor.
I felt very confused when being trained. When I would ask for help, I barely got it.
Their training was great on the computer, however, their was little training on on the floor with customers, which is so important in really learning how to apply real life training,
The training can be long at first, but then it does help associates a bit when they are on the sales floor.
You take a job training at a computer which takes a pretty long time and most situations and tasks are not very logical. But you learn what parts are important afterwards in the practical part.
Initial training is easy to pick up after a few shifts
Training to do your job but virtually no training for advancement in the corporate office.
You learn something new every day.
