Good benefits but the High Deductible Health plans are very expensive.
Solid benefits package on par with other big firms
Great 401k match plus profit sharing (at the end of the year). Pillsbury also gives the option to cash-out PTO twice a year (with certain restrictions) - it's great having flexibility of converting your PTO into money for years when you are not able to use your PTO. The health plans offered are not the best or most cost-effective for the employees as compared to other (big) law firms in this DC market.
It is pricey, but the Firm pays a significant portion. It contains all the bells and whistles. 401K, Profit Sharing, Medical, Dental, Vision, Preventive Care, etc.
Generous with paid time off. Sick and vacations were lumped together. I was rarely sick so had plenty of time used for vacations
Starting with 22 days of PTO year 1
No questions asked about vacations/time-off. They offer a range of insurance plans. No 401K matching.
Generous benefits package, excellent benefits/HR staff
Great plan for dental not for medical
Although I did not participate in the benefits program, it seemed comprehensive enough. Pillsbury provides travel reimbursement, a zero interest bar loan, and year end bonuses contingent upon firm profits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
