PMI offers a flex plan or Section 125 plan, which is commonly known as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).  The FSA allows employees to pay for certain health and / or dependent care expenses before paying income taxes.

Healthcare Spending - Up to $2,500 per year. 

  • Medical, Dental and Vision deductible expenses
  • Co-Pays
  • Other co-insurance premiums not covered by insurance
  • Prescription drugs
  • Medical supplies
  • Over-the-counter drugs (aspirin, allergy medications, etc.) - must be prescribed by a physician.
     

Dependent Care - Up to $5,000 per year.

  • Child daycare
  • Dependent adult daycare
