Pima Medical Institute offers two options:
PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)
HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan)
Both plans are available to all eligible employees (30+ hour work week), with eligibility beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. PMI pays a portion of each employee's monthly premium for health insurance as part of its benefit plan.
They offer different insurance programs, but they are all very expensive or have very high deductibles.
Health Savings Account is matched and accrual is really good!
Coverage is average, not exemplary.
