“best health insurance I've had at any company, very inexpensive and great coverage”
“There is one. Matching is $600/year. ”
“20 days/year, if planned ahead no problems with using them”
Not much to complain, nothing to cheer either. 401K matching is absurdly low.
Lack of bonus structure and 401k match makes total compensation less compelling than it could be.
Dental was OK when it was still under United Concordia. Good luck finding a dentist with UNUM. Vision didn't cover much at all -- better to just pay cash at CostCo, unless you don't mind replacing your frames every 2 years. No 401k match.
Great health insurance, good PTO
Free Lunch every Friday, casual environment
Health insurance is great. PTO hours accumulate paycheck to paycheck. 401K match is a joke, practically zero. It hurts the company image.
Pindrop provides amazing professional development benefits including a budget of up to $5,000 per year for costs associated with travel, meals, and tickets for professional conferences and educational programs. Unfortunately, the 401(k) match is only up to $600/yr at this point in time.
Worst thing about the benefits package is the 401K "matching" is capped at $3000 and they don't offer any maternity leave.
New 401K package includes nice matching. Insurance options are limited and have very high copay for specialist visits, and coverage of precedures is limited.
Great health insurance contribution. No 401k match however.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
