The 401k program is a joke -- it offers 3% of *the employee's contribution* and *not a percentage of the employee's salary* -- up to $600/year. The health insurance, however, is quite good.
Dental was OK when it was still under United Concordia. Good luck finding a dentist with UNUM. Vision didn't cover much at all -- better to just pay cash at CostCo, unless you don't mind replacing your frames every 2 years. No 401k match.
