A fit body houses a fit mind!
Good health insurance, 401K match, educational resources, HSA option, dependent care option, dental, vision
Unlimited PTO is great, great snacks, great culture
Best thing - It is equitable and doesn't differentiate between the different cadre of employees
There's lots of flexibility for where and when you work. The PTO policy is generous. There are always lots of company events with good food and socializing. The 401K and insurance is competitive within the market
While Healthcare could be a little better (sounds like it will be next year) there is a great commuter benefit, 401k, expense of membership and conf fees, great snacks free soda and beer taps, tons of company outing, Team I work on is very flexible for work from home, open PTO, after going public a very kind and generous stock option.
Open PTO and work from home options
Strong benefits package in US that is in line with technology market peers.
HR Benefits Manager and head of HR really care about improving benefits and adding more things for the employees whenever they can.
Not a bad benefits package!
The company has an open time off policy, which I'm not sure is an improvement over the former set amount employees were entitled to. If I had to guess I'd say people probably take less time off now. Health care benefits are now part of the Vista group and are middle of the road. Currently only a high deductible plan is available. If you work in one of the main offices they do a really good job providing free snacks. They used to be really flexible about work from home but the new-ish CPO (don't get me started on him) has shut that down.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
