Not a bad benefits package!
HR Benefits Manager and head of HR really care about improving benefits and adding more things for the employees whenever they can.
The company has an open time off policy, which I'm not sure is an improvement over the former set amount employees were entitled to. If I had to guess I'd say people probably take less time off now. Health care benefits are now part of the Vista group and are middle of the road. Currently only a high deductible plan is available. If you work in one of the main offices they do a really good job providing free snacks. They used to be really flexible about work from home but the new-ish CPO (don't get me started on him) has shut that down.
The medical insurance coverage at Ping is fantastic, and exceeds many of its industry peers.
Best benefits package of any tech company I've worked for
401K matching is the best and decline in health insurance benefit
The culture is fantastic to make the office feel like a family, but there's also a deep understanding and respect that work will be accomplished at a high level.
Better than market average salary. No stock options make it less attractive, given a growth company.
After the Vista change it seems like our benefits are not quite as good as they were before. Though the benefits are still good I feel as though they could be as good as other industry leaders. Coverage of health, life, dental, vision, and identity insurance. Benefits also include unlimited PTO and the ability to attend tech conferences as a representative of the company.
Open and flexible PTO is a strong benefit. Health insurance benefits have taken a hit but remain affordable.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
