Pretty good Benefits for a full time employee
Kept getting worse every year as the company was looking to sell and be acquired.
Great family benefits, flexible time off and work/life balance
Medical plan offers selection of 4 different carriers, with 4 plan choices for each. 401K match and good selection of quality investment options, Vision allows new frame every year, and no cost for eye and contact lens exam. Dental plan is good as well, with 2 options- a standard and buy up option. A large selection of additional benefit options recently added- hospital indemnity insurance, critical illness coverage, identity protection, and some others.
This year, benefit costs went up for the same coverage, but for much better coverage than would have received outside of the market.
Earning wellness dollars are nice
Pros: 30 days to implementation; co-pays were low, some nice perks like discounts with cell companies, AMX, etc... Cons: HR red-tape was not simple to navigate; using the providers was a poor experience with respect to speed of resolutions...
Wide variety of options which is amazing. There is something for everyone. Including comprehensive health benefits they also offer dental and vision, STD, LTD, legal coverage, HSA, HRA, FSA products and 401k with company match.
The benefits were affordable and offer as a nice incentive to the employees of the casino. The HR office was helpful when selecting the best options for me too.
I was in a union so my benefits were completely free.
