Superior vision and dental plan. A range of medical plans offered. They have done a decent job with providing options at different price points.
It is somewhat expensive but very comprehensive and covers a lot of different thing, such as Dental, Vision Health Care and 401K.
Just enhanced match on 401k program to 66% on the dollar.
Highly competitive tuition reimbursement plan, good 401(k) match program, and affordable insurance package.
Great folks in HR to help with benefits process
15 days vacation, 3 personal days no real cap on sick time...depends on boss and being discreet. Insurance expensive, on site cafe is terrible/ unhealthy.
The benefits are pretty good, the insurance is high but is offset with the other benefits such as financial wellness classes and health and wellness incentives
Health benefits are Expensive! $800/month for Family coverage with PPO. Company pays about 55%. And we always still get bills for things you think should be covered like basic lab test. The extra classes etc they try to say they are "free" I'll take my own classes if they reduce the cost greedy company be covered like labs be sure you know which one is covered.
Good health insurance, Tuition reimbursement, fair salary, long term incentive program is a plus. Company gives low merit raises from year to year while giving a good performance review.
