The benefits are good especially the PTO time. The health insurance could be better but is on par for other companies in the area.
Excellent fertility benefits coverage which is hard to find and one of the reasons I started working at Pinnacle. I've never had difficulty getting time off work as long as you have PTO accrued. Management is usually willing to allow you to make up time during the week if you need to leave early for appointments etc. Maternity leave consists of 6-8 weeks of short term disability at 60% pay bundled in with the 12 weeks allowed by FMLA
Vacation time was perk, compensation and lack of paid overtime was worst
Worst: No time off for routine medical/dental care (PTO Blocked for entire staff months at a time). Best: high quality care for a reasonable cost
Pinnacle has really good benefits for employees. You still have to pay a portion of your healthcare, but you have a choice which plan works for you.
Vacation and time off continue to roll out r and increase with time of service.
They have the standard options for a company of this size. The biggest issue for me was the continued increase in f healthcare coverage costs, and the PTO days given were very low.
High deductibles, no bonuses for performance, low low raises.
Accrue PTO hourly, 3 tier medical package with excellent dental, 403b, optional life insurance, accidental, serious illness/injury.
Great benefits package for any position
