Benefits are good and nice
Free food was one of the best benefits. Health insurance was also good. No 401K matching was the worst part of the package.
They really d not tell you about the lack of benefits till you leave your other job and your on board
The insurance was referred to as 'accidental insurance' due to the ridiculous copays. The company didn't care much for benefits set aside from the stock options that were viable after 5 years of employment.
I was never offered one
they take care of you
They will cover 50% of the lowest package...anything over that you cover plus you cover whatever it is for the better package. Which its still TERRIBLE. 40 copays for normal doctors 60 copays for a sepcialist. and the insurance they provide doesn't even cover a women yearly exam....it got denied. Also as far as PTO....dont bother you must be there for a full year and then you get 5 days....yes 5 days....and they must all be used together you may not split them up and try and take a long weekend. Also...NO retirement plan or 401k
You are allowed one week of vacation after a one year of employment. Health and dental insurance is through Aetna. You receive a percentage in Pinstripes stock. 401K plan. Daily allowance for food and beverage.
The stock options are the only reason most managers stick around.. until they realize the company will likely never be successful.
No time off, unreasonable hours
