That’s why we offer 4 months of paid parental leave that parents can take at any time over the course of a year — and we encourage both mothers and fathers to take it.
16 weeks fully paid for men is an incredible benefit you don't often find. Culturally it varies by group as to whether you feel able to take it and still be rated positively. My experience with Sales was that taking it came with a price.

Extremely accommodating. The CEO is a parent and definitely understands what it takes to transition back into full-time work after having a child.
It's currently 4 months for maternity and I believe 1 months for paternity which seems fair. It's also a very supportive, family-friendly culture
