We want everyone who works at Pinterest to be invested in our success, so we offer a competitive salary, 401(k) plan, and meaningful benefits to inspire you to have fun and live well. In addition to the standard health and welfare benefits, we offer generous surrogacy, fertility and adoption benefits.
Great benefits including comprehensive health plan, excellent parental leave, and great food. Benefits are really top notch and I couldn't ask for more.
Pet policy revoked two months after I took the job (which was a major factor in why I took the position), now I'm left with a $7,500 bill per year for a dog walker that I did not factor into my finances.
Pinterest has fairly bare-bones benefits package. It provides a moderate (not bare-bones, but not inclusive) health care, dental & vision program. There is life insurance, workman's comp, etc. that you'll see any any IT company. The highlight is the meals program which provides in-office high quality meals (which are generally healthy and tasty). Pinterest does not offer: * commuter benefits (e.g. free bus passes, etc), * free / subsidized parking * 401k matching * gym memberships or discounts * massage / dry cleaning / laundry / game rooms / other things you've heard about at Google.
Lots of great benefits on-site and in take-home package. Flexibility with family planning, generous stipends, unlimited time off, all of the perks of a tech campus on-site and then some.
Satisfactory but not exceptional overall.
Paid Vacation time if very generous and the Paternity leave!
no bonus or 401k match, good parental leave and meals/snacks
- Lack of a 401k match - Lack of an employee concierge / perks service - Relatively high premiums for non HSA options compared to other large tech firms
Food throughout the Day :)
Great benefits overall to all employees
