flexible PTO four months paternity for both of the parents

Best thing is new parental leave policy — 26 weeks for birthing parents. 401K has been confusing in the past with company contributions having to be spread out over the course of the year in a very unintuitive way to max it out. Unlimited PTO here is actually used. I know some companies do this to not have to pay you for unused PTO days and guilt you into not using them and it’s likely there is some of that in certain pockets, but by and large I’ve seen most folks (including senior leadership) use their PTO.
