Pinterest has fairly bare-bones benefits package. It provides a moderate (not bare-bones, but not inclusive) health care, dental & vision program. There is life insurance, workman's comp, etc. that you'll see any any IT company. The highlight is the meals program which provides in-office high quality meals (which are generally healthy and tasty). Pinterest does not offer: * commuter benefits (e.g. free bus passes, etc), * free / subsidized parking * 401k matching * gym memberships or discounts * massage / dry cleaning / laundry / game rooms / other things you've heard about at Google.
