PRO: 1:2 match. as in, for every dollar you in, they will put $2 into your plan. Up to 5% of your salary. IT is up to you to fund the rest, if max funding is desired
Match 2:1 have to be there 4 years to be vested
The $2 matching for every $1 you contribute to your 401(k) was the best part of the benefits plan. That little gem allowed me to save a significant balance in a relatively short amount of time.
Company matches 1:2 up to 5% of salary.
Good but like with other energy companies be careful to diversify. Use the program adminstrators for advice about long-term planning.
2 for 1 matching for up to 5% of salary.
2 to 1 matching plan up to 6%
2 for 1 on the first 5%. No other company is doing that.
