Good 401k matching plan. No sick days. Included with PTO.
Parties are fun but that's about it. No sick days. Poor pay. Terrible return on 401k investment.
I know its easy to always want more, but overall the benefits are pretty good for PitchBook, including helping cover dependent insurance costs.
It does not allow working remotely, though the position would suit it well. Also low take-home pay.
The benefits package is really amazing. The health insurance is great, the 401K matching is great, and there is a good amount of paid time off.
Clearly going cheap, they advertise that you get three weeks off but you earn 10 hours off a month, so it takes a year to actually get any PTO. For a salaried employee they don't offer any comp time at all. Everyone expected to work 9+ hour days.
Not only do we have amazing benefits but we have some awesome perks in the office as well.
