401k is good, PTO and lack of sick days is awful. Employees are not allowed to work from home, so alot of your PTO goes to sick days if you get sick ever.
No National or Festival Holidays, You only get earned leaves and leave without pay.
3 weeks accrued vacation - work here for a year without getting sick and you'll have a week less than most.
Parties are fun but that's about it. No sick days. Poor pay. Terrible return on 401k investment.

I know its easy to always want more, but overall the benefits are pretty good for PitchBook, including helping cover dependent insurance costs.
It does not allow working remotely, though the position would suit it well. Also low take-home pay.
The benefits package is really amazing. The health insurance is great, the 401K matching is great, and there is a good amount of paid time off.
Clearly going cheap, they advertise that you get three weeks off but you earn 10 hours off a month, so it takes a year to actually get any PTO. For a salaried employee they don't offer any comp time at all. Everyone expected to work 9+ hour days.
Not only do we have amazing benefits but we have some awesome perks in the office as well.
