Had full package of benefits, best part of the package
The paid time off is amazing.
OK Benis. could be better.
Nice people, ok benefit, 401K
They have a 4 % company match!
The company offers a pretty comprehensive medical, dental, vision and wellness package with quite a few benefits and programs for interested parties (e.g. quitting smoking, weight loss, emotional support counseling). Aside from that, there are educational reimbursement for employees and scholarship grants (on a competitive basis) for their children. The company seems to be adding something every year, although I do not use many of the available services, even though a good portion of them are free. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts is because in the current year the company has shown its willingness to pay the employees to "get off" their sponsored health plans and get insured somewhere else (e.g. spousal insurance). In such a situation, I don't know what to expect in the future.
The best part of the benefits is the educational package.
Good medical and dental insurance.
Overall good package with options
Not a lot of options.
