“Limited in scope. High deductibles for some medical conditions. One is forced to resort to alternative medicines which does not really offer a cure. The long term effects can be devastating”
“The 401k match is low! They should consider the work done and offer a match that encourages people to continue toiling there. It's disappointing to offer a low match and not consider that the work is very manual and taxing to the body and that employees will require a good retirement package to be able to retire comfortably”
“Good PTO and Holiday schedule. Separate time allotted for sick days and parental leave for all.”
Pitney Bowes offers multiple Health Insurance plans which allows the employee to select the plan that best fits their needs
Everything you expect, nothing more, nothing less
Excellent Benefit package for all types of jobs
Great PTO, 401k match, and Parental leave.
6% 401K match, though has a 5-year vesting time. All other benefit are standard across the board. High deductible (with HSA) is more expensive than a mid-sized private company I used to work for.
Worst thing is they do not match the type and amount of work done
Low pay for the kind of work done and environment
Best - 401k Match, Worst - cost of healthcare
Good benefits, free dental, average PTO.
Tuition Reimbursement is the best benefit offered
