The Benifits are good overall,but vacation,and PTO time at times may not be sufficient to carry you through the year. But you have option to purchase Flex Time hic I'd time purchased by you to use, but if this time not used by end of year, you lose it. They should reimburse it back since you are actually paying for it by payroll deduction.
