Overall good benefits. PPP Health insurance is not the best in the industry. Standard vacation/PTO. 100% 401k match. Average salary.

The company provides bonus only to employees who are band 'E' and above. The health insurance dividend paid from the company's end is not great. There is no onboarding to understand the benefits.

Great wellness program overall, Flexible Work program is very well developed, strong benefits. Comp could always be better, but there is a very strong total value proposition.

The Benifits are good overall, but vacation, and PTO time at times may not be sufficient to carry you through the year. But you have option to purchase Flex Time hic I'd time purchased by you to use, but if this time not used by end of year, you lose it. They should reimburse it back since you are actually paying for it by payroll deduction.
