Unlimited snacks, health insurance (w/ vision and dental), 401k (non-match), transit recovery, expenses, gym reimbursement, paid vacations, weekly work from home.

Worst is PTO, Medical and 401k benefits. No true matching and they make you pay the admin fee to roll it over to a different 401k. You only get 15 days PTO (that is your sick, personal and vacation time.). I have worked at other company's that give 25 to 27 days.
The company offers some amazing benefits including a 401k, ample PTO policy, and catered lunches 3x a week!
