you watch several videos and take a quiz at the end of each one that is all the training you get.
They show you some videos and then hope for the best for most jobs. Management gets a couple classes but still leaves you woefully unprepared for your first day on the job.
They show you the minimum and they rush. The whole thing
For the training you watch and play a certain amount of video segments. After that they show you how to do more things.
They don't train you enough and expect the most out of you.
All e-learning but thorough and helpful.
It’s a weird training from my experience I did not get paid for most of it only 5 out of 10 of the hours were paid to be exact
I had to mostly learn on my own and by watching others. But its pretty easy.
They trained me in everything. Not just phone calls, but how to prepare the pizza and wash dishes.
Seemed like management relied on other employees to train new employees, especially during busy times, like dinner hour.
