They give you reduced hours. For a little while then push a bunch more on you without warning

StarStarStarStarStar Former Shift Leader in Winona, Mississippi

Hours are left up to the store manager and can usually be worked with very easily

The hours was the worst at Pizza Hut. You either got really bad hours, really good hours, or in between. Hours was not given if you had asked for them, and then also given to a different employee of the manager's choice.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Shift Leader in South Jordan, Utah

easy to get days off (all unpaid unless you have pto hours) they would just rebuild the schedule to make it work

  • Jun 23, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current RGM in Memphis, Tennessee

I have employees that work 1 day a week to 6days

  • Apr 10, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Delivery Driver in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Part time hours are very malleable and can be tailored to whatever you prefer, within reason. The MGR has the final word, but shift swaps to fit the life schedule of PT employees are common and not discouraged(per se).
