Excellent health benefits and 401(k) exactly what you would expect from a finance and retirement planning company. Company has casual dress during the winter holiday season and during the summer. Otherwise it is professional dress Monday - Thursday. The last Thursday of every month the company provides some kind of treat to their employees. The PTO accrual rate could be better.

Two weeks time off base, increases every few years. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance provided. Medical insurance is through Kaiser and has a very low deductible. Employees are allowed to work from home (depends on position). Employees are given many options for retirement plans (the company is a retirement planning company, after all).

It appears solid on the surface but misses the target in many areas. Not sure it is designed to be a competitive package but more of an industry equal - nothing really innovative.
Two of the benefits enjoyed most by employees is that we pay 100% of their benefit premiums (health, dental and vision) and 50% of their eligible dependent care premiums. Additionally we close at 3:00 p.m. before each holiday which our employees seem to enjoy a lot.
