The best part is they offer all types of benefits but the worse part is it’s only for full time employees.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Insurance after 90 days. You are automatically enrolled in life insurance.
As a part-time employee you were only allowed to opt in for there health insurance plan but it was very expensive. You received a free black card membership as well which can be used any location within your franchise if you're working for a franchise and the same goes if you're working for a corporate location.
The main benefit of working at PF is that you get a free Black Card Membership, so you get to workout for free. Which is a nice perk. However, there is no holiday pay and there's very low chance for OT pay because they monitor hours so closely. I do believe they help with your 401(k) after some time and will help provide towards some medical insurance, but I never used either so I'm not exactly sure on those specifications.
the worst thing is that there wasn't a benefit package the only package you would get is one to the face from the management who is not the brightest bulb in the knife drawer
For franchise locations: Medical, light dental and vision almost immediately for full time staff. Sick time begins accruing during first week (but cannot be used until after 90 day probation period upon hire). There is ability for 401k and stock as well. Paid holidays (dates vary by location). If holidays are worked time and a half is paid. Employees receive black card memberships to use the gym. There are also employee discounts in association with Audible, Reebok, Australian Gold, 1-800Flowers and Headspace.
401k, health and dental, average quality
It gives full employee benefits if you work full time but even full time is just minimum wage so I would not recommend it. management does not do a good job in helping employees and will get rid of them asap.
The insurance is through United Healthcare and so far I have had a good experience in using it. The free gym membership is awesome!!
free membership was great and cool
