Amazing! Especially considering how expensive healthcare is today. You can tell that HR and senior management make this a top priority.

The best thing is that even as a temp employee you receive health benefits. There are very good options on the health plans and include vision and dental.

90 days waiting period before benefits start but the coverage is awesome and it costs very little

The worst thing about the health plan is that the rate is constantly going up for employees. Additionally, it's an HMO. Compared to other companies in the area - the percentage employees pay is high.

Decent coverage; premiums are high for the non-profit sector but low compared to corporate employers.

All of my copays and prescriptions have been very reasonable and my monthly health insurance cost is very low.
