The employees all seemed to be satisfied with the health insurance that they were provided. I remember one employee who had some disturbing condition; the insurance covered her without any big problems.

Having to pay for it and even the top of the line plan they offer doesn't cover certain procedures or vaccinations.

Best part: low cost and high quality health insurance, excellent parental leave. Worst part: vacation days and sick days are accrued.

Amazing! Especially considering how expensive healthcare is today. You can tell that HR and senior management make this a top priority.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Clinical Assistant in Salt Lake City, Utah

90 days waiting period before benefits start but the coverage is awesome and it costs very little

The worst thing about the health plan is that the rate is constantly going up for employees. Additionally, it's an HMO. Compared to other companies in the area - the percentage employees pay is high.
