Hi there! I interview for a position with a planned Parenthood this week for a role as Special Events Manager to oversee their fundraising department. Because most of my work and experience has been in freelance. I’m having a hard time figuring out what my work experience translates to in a Salary position. Therefore, I wonder what my base pay should be. Does anyone have any experience in the role?

I used to be anti funding planned parenthood till today. My s/o had an iud that was significantly imbedded causing a lot of pain. Her doctor kept pushing the removal. She was in super rough shape. In bed all day for the past few days. In 1 hour planned parenthood saw her and got it resolved. Really interesting how experience changes prospective.
