Never had a chance to take vacation or time off, but I hear it was great
15 days of earned time off your first year, goes up in periodically after that every year or two until you reach a max # of days off.
They paid for 10 holidays per year and gave the appropriate accrual for vacations based on the time that the employee was working for the company. There was also unpaid leave.
30 hours of Paid Time Off which can be accrued after you've been there 6 weeks. Good luck getting the hours approved by the manager. Even if you have accrued them, they are not mandated to give you a specific day.
Worst thing is that you do have to cash out anything over 80 hours.
Accrual rates are about 1 day a month, which can be frustrating in your first year
standard vacation/ time off package for employees
The accrual system and amount for PTO is extremely low for full-time employees; even worse for part-time. The organization does not like to close for any holiday and offers the minimum holiday closure dates compared to other companies.
Every pay check you earn pto hours and have an option to cash out in december
Seems in line with other organizations.
