Standard national average match with a max of 3.5%. PSI does start all employees at 1% deduction unless the employee "opts out" of the program and will automatically increase 1% each year until the maximum match is met. It would be nice if PSI offered (in addition to the 401(k)) a profit sharing or profit bonus system. Profits should be allocated based on seniority and offered as part of the retirement plan.
