The health insurance has been reduced to match the current HCA benefits. PSI no longer provides coverages above the HCA threshold due to future government penalties that will be imposed on companies offering such plans. Dental plans are standard and the vision plan is not worth the cost. FSA is offered at the max IRS limit of $2500 with a carryover yearly of $500. The neutral rating of 3 stars is not the fault of PSI, but due to the government imposed HCA.
