We know how much benefits mean to you. We care about your personal health, well-being, and financial stability, but we want to do more. That’s why we offer competitive salaries and benefits packages that not only include the usual suspects — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. — but also a few perks that might surprise you. Sometimes, it’s the small things that make a big impact in our lives.
20 days starting PTO, 401k matching, good health insurance
Excellent benefits. Offers adoption assistance.
401K had a good match, 4 weeks of paid vacation in your first year
Seems average could be better but not bat. 401K is 2% match on up to 4% of base salary
Pro The company really supported work/life balance and offered time and a half if you did work over 40 hours
This review is for health insurance and paid time off only. Health insurance is great(read: inexpensive) for single person. For a family, it seems costly. Even for high deductible plan. PTO is two tier. 4 weeks at the <6 yr level. 6 weeks at 6+. The firm allows you to carry up to 6 weeks and purchase PTO. There are also really great perks for maternity leave. I'm very satisfied with PTO at the firm.
The best thing in my opinion is the athletic reimbursement. You get up to $500 in reimbursements, which is super nice.
Health insurance has co pay more than previous employer. Good pto time.
Average health benefit package but unfortunately there is only a maximum 2% 401k contribution. Decent PTO allowance of 13 hours earned monthly. Excellent parental leave policy with up to 6 months off for new parents.
The benefits package is similar to what you will find at all major public accounting firms, nothing exceptional but definitely up to par.
