You could buy in on extra vacation after only one year. Blue Cross Blue Shield is amazing medical coverage. 10,000/year for continued education.
Best - normal, decent Tier 1 benefits, but not as good as OEM. Worst - can't use all your vacation and don't get to enjoy all Holidays off due to production not meeting their scheduled production requirements. So, you must work a lot of these Holidays you're supposed to be off, to get specific tasks (PM on machines, cycle counting, etc) done.
Health Insurance, Annual Physical Incentive, Athletic Gear incentive, reimbursement for work boots up to $75 yearly, dental insurance, life insurance and AD&D coverage.

Competitive benefits. Legacy employees have a defined benefit pension, but new hires get only a standard 401K. There is no work from home policy and it is strongly discouraged. Tuition benefit is difficult to use because employees work such long hours and are required to travel.
