“Only 6 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. No Good Friday, Day after Thanksgiving and no Christmas Eve. Starting vacation for a new employee is 5 days which is hardly competitive. You can negotiate if you have prior experience but if you're new to your career you're kind of SOL. ”
Good health, dental and vision insurance. Great time off benefits
As the market for new hires has tightened the company has improved its overall benefits package. Vacation is a bit light the first several years but improves with more time in though a recent change has brought sick days into the mix that previously didn't exist. So that is an improvement. Health insurance is adequate but as with most companies an unfair burden to the lowest paid. The 401K is a 50% match for the first 6% with a decent choice of investments.

High deductible insurance plan. Contribute some to HSA for employees. Other benefits ok but not great.
