Best part--there is a match. Worst part--understanding your vested activity. It's easy to see the balances, and there's the standard investment options.
Standard matching, not the greatest.
At the time of my employment, PlayNetwork would match employee contributions at 50%, I believe, however, this was always dependent upon the health of the company, so if the business wasn't doing well, contribution match would be suspended. Also, we were never given bonuses or profit-sharing really, but a couple of years while the company was doing well, we were given a bonus deposit in our 401k account instead of in cash, I believe to save the company in taxes.
