Paid time off increases every year of employment.
Our dental insurance is unbelievable. Every time I go to the dentist, everyone is surprised by how much is covered. Vacation days become insane, once you've been with the company for a while. I think I have over 5 weeks now. The employee store carries a lot of cheap PlayStation gear and games and my family loves it. On the negative side, there is no gym onsite, which is a drag. The fitness compensation offered is inadequate. Tuition is reimbursed for accredited universities only and the rest has to be coordinated with all sorts of VPs. Maternity benefits are very confusing and not competitive. There is lack of competent help from HR for new moms.
The best thing is the range of benefits. Health, dental, 401K matching (up to 3.5%) and continued post-tax, legal, daycare, extra maternity/paternity on top of state with full pay, decent PTO accruing with additional PTO as your years rack up, PTO cash out, 12 paid holidays, prenatal/couples coaching, on-site gym, massage therapy (for cost), on-site cafe (for cost), campus events, free game content (for select teams), pet insurance, and many more. The worst thing about the benefits is that spouse and family healthcare and dental really add up. It would be nice if the food wasn't at cost.
I was contracted through an agency so I only have medical and dental through the agency.
Paid time off increases each year of employment. Paternity leave is 13 weeks. Many holidays are observed, and extra fridays off are given in summer.
Happy hour, e3, baseball games, hackathon
401K is matched 100% for the first 3 percent and 50% for the next 3%
Fantastic health care options, 401k, and plenty of perks in addition
We were told by an employer from "Empower Retirement" that the rates for 401k are the greatest. In addition, 401k match is 100% for the first 3% you contribute and 50% for the next 3% (4.5% for 6% in total). You are covered with medical, dental and visual insurance with around 30$ contribution of yours.
no benefits for QA Testers because they are contracted not full time
