Great job to work. Learned different thing while working there.

The benefits at Playboy were nice. Playboy was generous with the holiday pay. We received every major holiday off in addition to some not so major ones like Columbus Day. In addition, the company would close for the last two weeks of the year connecting Christmas and New Years. All salary employees would be paid during that time off. If you selected an HMO health insurance plan, Playboy paid 100% of it. If you selected a PPO health insurance plan, they paid a significant portion of it. 401k benefits were competitive. Playboy had an open-ended vacation benefit plan. So, you didn't accrue vacation time. Instead, you could take as much as you want as long as you worked it out with your boss. If you had a good boss that was flexible, it could be a really good deal; however, if you didn't have a good relationship with your boss, I could see this not being such a good setup. Work from home privileges were not common.

The benefits were great overall. I had good coverage and an easy to use HMO plan. I also had an FSA which was super helpful when purchasing contacts, prescriptions, paying for copays and more. We had employee matchign for 401K. We also had unlimited vacation time which I love because I feel it gives more flexibility.

The benefits are better than most employers, insurance is top notch (dental and vision included), the 401K mutual funds inflated over a short time

Salary employees have unlimited time off. It just depends on the bandwidth of your team if you can use that time.

Overall pretty satisfied with the benefits package. Company matches 401K contributions and vision plan is paid for by the company. Company is extremely flexible and there are some perks.
