“Excellent time off - I was able to be at home for 16 weeks after I had my daughter.”
“The provider is ok but not as good as Blue Cross. The HSA plan is good if you can manage your money to cover the high deductibles. The standard PPOs are overpriced for the coverage. ”
“The matching is a joke for anyone making a middle class income as they cap it off at $2000 a year. The funds available and management company is ok. ”
Unlimited PTO (mgrs & directors respect it, DO NOT guilt trip you), matching 401k with solid % , "livewell credit" when 1st onboarded near a grand to use towards upgrading your home office, gym memberships, massages, etc....above average industry pay for "pre-sales"
Good holidays and PTO as well as tuition reimbursement. The 401k is decent, but the healthcare offerings could be a little better.
PTO Policy is amazingly generous Maternity/Paternity Leave are good Health Policy is middle of the road, I've had worse I've had better 401k matching is subpar bordering terrible.
Overall a flexible workplace with good benefits. Flexible schedule as long as you deliver. Health insurance rate increases through the roof, but that's common in the past 2 years. 401k match is not quite competitive.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
The wellness program is really unique and extends to immediate family members too. You can use it for sports registrations/fees, workout equipment, and even therapeutic massages!
Best thing is flex time and working from home.
Flexible PTO policy is great. Health insurance is decent. 401(k) match below standard.
Unlimited Time off, reasonable benefits, could improve 401k match
Work-life balance is excellent and the culture is great.
401K matching is the worst
