Great benefits package. 401k can be improved. Flexible work environment makes the life of parent much easier.

Company’s 401 is decent. They give you money yearly for wellness. Lenient with time off.
United Health Care adequate but less desirable than prior BCBS. 401k match dismal. Unlimited PTO hard to rationalize.
