Decent health insurance and relatively good time off
PROS: 401k package, good dental and vision plans. There's two health insurance packages, HSA and CMP. CON: Health insurance is not the best. You get a surcharge for carrying your spouse on your insurance if they can it with their employee.
You only got 32 hours of sick time per year making getting sick for extended periods or multiple times a risk to your attendance.
There were no bonuses. Minimum vacation offered. The health insurance costs were high for both premiums and deductibles/out of pocket expenses.
Very high dental insurance plans
you are provided with expensive insurance options, they have eliminated the cheaper options. if you have a dependent who is offered insurance elsewhere, you get charged $150 additional if they use Plexus insurance.

Interns are not paid enough for the 3 month rent for the area. Most places upcharge for short term leases and Plexus gives you a list of places that you are suppost to rent from for the summer. I spent alot of the money I made that summer on rent.
