It's a serving job you get trained have to learn the menu inside and out. have to pass a menu test with 100%
Good training but after you completed one area you would then work that station for a week. You are a labor saver for half of your 27 week training. Training is way too long.
Good trainers to help you. Better learn fast though.
They have a very Thurough training program that sets you up well for the job. It does include a lot of testing, but it definitely sets you up for success.
They spent a lot of time training and there were several menu tests that were quite challenging
Very long and overrated, full of very long tests that are basically impossible. but you do get free food every day that you train.
Training is the worst thing in the world here and all the workers can and had vouched for it. It's 5 days long for server training, you do all the work just so the trainer can take your tip even though they're getting extra money to train you. the trainers are just there to answer the things you don't know and to tell you what you do is wrong, while taking all the money you made while doing absolutely nothing. During training, you're opinions don't matter even if they clash with the trainer. Management will try to "hear" you out, but most likely will not side with you due to you being new.
