unless your working 35 plus hours a week you probably wont get benefits. I didn't have benefits.
Most employees are not offered health insurance unless they are full time, I had different insurance and dental at the time but glassdoor will not let me apply until I waste half an hour of my time!
Expensive for what you get in coverage. Not easy to understand and not a lot of help from the corporate office to explain what is and is not covered.
As a part time, I do not get much benefit. However, if you are a full time, based on what I heard, you get a decent benefit.
There are no benefits when you work here unless you are in upper management or work in corporate. Some of us were working 50+ hour weeks and received no benefits.
Did not really get any benefits other than a free meal when working a double
There is high-cost health insurance, no vision, no 401K, no Life Insurance. Too expensive to have family on a plan.
I didnt accept or ask about any benefits. I heard they have 401k plans if you want and also offer some types of insurance. I worked part time as a student and did not require any.
They do not offer 401k for servers and to receive insurance you must be full time and have worked with the company for at least a year
There was no benefit package for waiters. But that is not very surprising
