The paid time off and vacation time accrual is fair, works hard to get the best health insurance at the lowest cost
It is not very competitive with government health plans. You kind of start out with a less than ideal plan until you hit 15 years
Best - vacation is nice. Insurance is expensive and the "voluntary" wellness program has a financially penalty if you don't participate.
It's only a 3% match. It was 5% several years ago but we lost that part of the benefit. No other matching or profit sharing goes into the 401k system.
Paid employee health insurance, decent 401(k) match, free coffee, snacks, & fruit, wellness program, etc. Vacation/PTO allowances average. Family health insurance somewhat expensive.
The insurance plans offered has always exceeded my needs. The 401k plan is administered through Fidelity and there is a good variety of mutual funds to select from; however, the match is limited to 3%.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
