Free lunches and a $25 daily stipend for grubhub to the office after 5:30pm, cold brew, kombucha, and beer on tap. Flexible working hours and an option to work from home.
In-office perks are pretty good. Device allowance is great. Unlimited vacation is nice, but underutilized and sometimes difficult to get.
The health benefits package is phenomenal, as are the perks of getting lunch, dinner and a fully stocked kitchen.
The benefits here are the standard flavors of health, matching 401k, and the paid time off is unlimited with approval from the project team. Its nice to have lunch and dinner provided with plenty of office socials to mingle with your co-workers.
All meals are provided by PG; made my life easy. Their 401K was also not overly generous but a plus.
PG is fairly considerate when it comes to amenities and perks. You can reasonably eat all meals at work w/o any added expenditure, and insurance is generally quite good.
They do 401k matching. No bonuses but occasional stock options.
100% of premiums for all full-time employees, great PPO plan, 401k
Cover basic health insurance. Free meals. They don't have 401K Matching.
Nice people around and free working style!
