Podium Health Insurance

As a healthy, single person, the health insurance is generous. I use the HSA and the company matches part of my contributions.

Not the best, not the worst.

Great health plan - really awesome if you're into skiing or boarding and don't need to worry about injuries as much. Perks include unlimited snacks and a fully stocked freezer!

Best thing about the Health Insurance at Podium is the employer-match HSA. It basically cuts any out-of-pocket expenses in half if you take advantage of this offer.

Basic health insurance. Other companies in the valley pay for all if not most of health insurance. This originally was a deterrent for me, but since being here I am making more with a company I love so I'm okay (for the moment) to pay the portion that i do for health insurance. They are in the process of looking at other health insurance offerings so I'm sure they will get to the standard norm on this soon.
