Company paid travel, requested time off, employee vs 1099, paid weekly
There are no benefits.
Their aint one, until you work there for 90 days. No one works there for 90 days, they all "get sick". Which is a coincidence, because when you're first hired you can't miss the first 15 days or you'll be fired. It's all a script they have to save face. When your replacement is hired, you'll be fired. They'll tell your coworkers, other entry levelers, than you called out sick, like they told me about guys.
There are literally no benefits. You are considered an independent contractor and are told that all this needs to be managed yourself and declare business expenses at the end of the year to get the money back for taxes.
