great medical insurance for families, flexible PTO, work from home, team building exercises are great, great work life balance
There are lots of benifits
The terrible 401k package is going to be what keeps me from retiring from this company. The other benefits - unlimited vacation, remote work support, flexible hours, on-site perks, etc - are all great, but that 401k is really difficult to live with. It's a shame because I love it here and would love to stay for the long-term, but I won't be able to meet my retirement goals if I do.
Remote staff: Work from home means work from home every minute. Work is home, home is work. Zero work life balance. In almost 5 years it has only gotten worse. There is never a true day off with the insurmountable workload, so work from home is the real deal. Most work 10-14 hours a day and weekends but document less because there isn’t more time to document what you did in those hours. Sometime you have to allow your staff to sleep and eat! Lunches do not exist! A 15 min break is unheard of. If you want to work from home, then this is the place for you!
Vacation time off policy - instead of a fixed number of days per year, there is no cap. Instead you request the time off for your manager to review and approval. In 2018 I took 5 weeks off total throughout the year. The longest consecutive time that I took off was 3 weeks, but I know of some other employees who had 4 week vacations
Amount of US providers to choos from.
Great benefits package, at the office they have tons of perks. Onsite gym, mobile dentists, etc come in, reduced meals, flex time, unlimited vacation etc. Diversity
Great options to chose from for health, dental and vision. The vacation package is very flexible and allows you to be an adult and treated like a person instead of a number
Flexible PTO. Unlimited paid vacation as long as you can get your work done. How can you beat that?!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
