Health/Dental decent and comparative to market, but still expensive. Excellent 20% Bonus potential for my position, supposedly almost a guarantee to happen but I didn't stay long enough to find out. Unfortunately remote work is frowned on, and those who work from remote locations are thought less of, and those who work from home frequently are criticized even it was a result of working late night hours or many on-call issues.
Great base pay, good 401K matching, great bonus program at all levels, good healthcare for a company of its size. The bonus is tied heavily to overall company performance. You may have an amazing individual year, but may not hit your bonus numbers as desired if it is a bad sales year.
Pretty standard package. Nothing out of the ordinary. HR benefits are tricky to navigate as HR at our location is all remote. Found myself without support sometimes and having to call 1800 numbers all the time,.
Their benefits packages are so good! I've never gotten health benefits close to Polaris's and they have profit sharing which was super cool too! They also have an employee program to get their vehicles, but if they are popular you have to wait forever and probably not even get one.
Polaris has great benefits. Good health plans, 401k and ESOP program. Awesome discounts on Polaris products and with all of the companies they own.
good coverage during the time period I worked there
Very competitive benefits package and product discounts.
The benefits package is OK, but only assuming you have a massive financial prospect for PII or love heavyweight cruisers.
Tuition reimbursement, 401K, vacation time are good. Health insurance is average.
Employee leases of their great products
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
