It is competitive and in total, is a good package.
For paid vacation you have 200 hours per year for hours worked and if I have to put a slip in it’s hard to get time off to get slip signed.
Decent PTO if you can manage to take it.
2 weeks to start isn't great in 2018, but a good number of corp holidays.
It seems to be the industry standard in the Midwest at least from where I have worked outside of Polaris
Slow to give time but also, taking vacation is frowned upon.
Pretty standard vacation and holidays.
I do not get PTO being an hourly intern
Good, but hard to take a vacation as the company is so fast paced and people are "always on"
