Polaris offers a lot of opportunities to build skills and further education. Tuition assistance, cross-training, and lots of OT opportunities if you're aggressively saving up some money. 401K is competitive, employee purchase discounts with many other companies are just a couple of bright spots. They help pay for health club dues and weight management programs but the health insurer leaves many ppl wanting. Hard to find network doctors from what I hear my coworkers say.
Polaris has comprehensive benefits package
Decent benefits, but no real time-off because your slammed alllllllll the TIME.
Benefits package is great at Polaris. Health and dental insurance are average, with vacation, 401k match, and bonuses being excellent
Employee discounts on product is a good thing. The health insurance is sub-par with no vision coverage at all.
It takes into account your personal, as well as company performance.
Health is very minimal. Vacation is ok with many years of service. No paternity leave policy. 401k is still 5% match.
Yearly profit sharing bonus is kind of nice. I'd rather they just paid us a couple dollars more an hour rather than giving it all as a lump sum every March. Great discounts on Polaris products.
401(k)s stock in the company health insurance with a deductible which is 200 and some dollars a month and dental which is 650 every two weeks.
Profit sharing and stock programs are very aggressive; great perks in access to ATV/SxS, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Boats, etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
