Overall, the benefits are average, but transportation benefits are subpar; it is also hard to take advantage of flexible vacation - or any vacation when most teams are so lean. There is great disparity in wages with little-to-no transparency.

Great snacks and office is really cool! Vacation is decent and sick days as well. Great 401k program! Could improve on a stipend for parking or public transportation.

Not a lot of vacation time for a company of this size. The best perks were the health, dental and vision coverage that were included.

Nice in office perks. Multiple kitchens stocked with snacks. The cafe has everything from chips to yogurt to tuna to dried mango. The Starbucks machines help you stay awake.
