Unlimited PTO, but company culture pressured employees into never using it
unlimited vacation. reminded that the minimum vacation to take is 3 weeks a year.
Very few vacation and paid time off were available to employees, which was a standard package for entry level positions. However, many of Politico's competitors offer substantially more PTO and are able to attract better talent.
Depending on manager, they are very flexible with time off and vacation
Two weeks is not enough at a company that demands so much of its employees and gives back so little.
Pretty standard 2 weeks vacation for most people.
Starting with 2 weeks you need to negotiate for more. Start with 3 weeks.
