POOLCORP offers a great benefits package that is very comparable to other employers.
Benefits are great and don’t cost too much money. You get lots of PTO and the dental and health plans are good compared to other companies.

I appreciate the various options for benefits PoolCorp offers. There is no certain package that you have to buy and the stock options are nice as well.

The health benefits were pricy for the HDHP, but they do have a discount if you're healthy and participate in the Wellness Program. A cool perk is the longer you're at the company, the more PTO you earn a paycheck. You start with 4 hours as a new employee and it goes up every 5 years.
The insurance is expensive for a family.
