The health benefits were pricy for the HDHP, but they do have a discount if you're healthy and participate in the Wellness Program. A cool perk is the longer you're at the company, the more PTO you earn a paycheck. You start with 4 hours as a new employee and it goes up every 5 years.
The insurance is expensive for a family.

Benefits, are the best and I have no bad to say
401k matching up to 6% is great. The cost of medical benefits to the employee is greater than compared to other like-sized companies. At one point birth control wasn't even covered but I believe it is now (but only the generic brand).
New hires are no longer eligible for PPO or EPO, only HDHCP.
