They had a $500 dollar allowance for furthering your education. I took a project management class and got reimbursed after I completed the course.

Great company perks that genuinely cares about their employees and well being to the point of celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, life events (buying a house, getting married, graduation). and giving a generous and thoughtful gift for these events.
They don't care it's the minimal possible benefits.

You get 401k but they don't match it. And it automatically starts once employed unless your withdraw from it within a month of start. If you don't withdraw, you're stuck with it. They also have other options for health and dental. Nothing special. They're not paying a percentage of anything.

Health plan is the worst ever! Either too cheap or very expensive
401k plan was terrible as they didn't match anything. They would reimburse you for your gym membership, vacation was fairly easy to come by, but they didn't give you all of Thanksgiving off for whatever reason.
