Great company perks that genuinely cares about their employees and well being to the point of celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, life events (buying a house, getting married, graduation). and giving a generous and thoughtful gift for these events.
Not good benefits package. Good contract temp place to work at. Prompt salary payment
They don't care it's the minimal possible benefits.
Not good enough. Not offering a good HMO plan.
You get 401k but they don't match it. And it automatically starts once employed unless your withdraw from it within a month of start. If you don't withdraw, you're stuck with it. They also have other options for health and dental. Nothing special. They're not paying a percentage of anything.
I opted out of receiving a benefits package in terms of health benefits. No match for 401K.
Health plan is the worst ever! Either too cheap or very expensive
401k plan was terrible as they didn't match anything. They would reimburse you for your gym membership, vacation was fairly easy to come by, but they didn't give you all of Thanksgiving off for whatever reason.
The medical insurance plan is not good enough. It doesn't cover everything. Also paid leave policy is not there. We have to negotiate it up front.
Company benefits package is available and competitive with group plans. Unfortunately as an hourly contractor they are 0% company pay towards benefits.
