Solid time off, health insurance cost isnt outta control. very satisfied.
The worst part is unpaid maternity leave. Also being billed for the health insurance in one lump sum after coming back from maternity leave.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to improve all areas of the employee experience, however we would like to address your benefit concern. Porcelanosa has never billed an employee for their portion of the medical coverage while out on leave, regardless of whether or not they are returning. This is one way we help to ease the financial burden on families during their leave of absence.
basic benefits package, minimum paid time off. If you use it you get blames on your performance.
Great vacation/holidays, great 401k match, great insurance medical/dental/vision, fleet vehicle/gas card instead of having to do expense report,
Dental coverage is only 50% of cost beyond cleanings and X-ray.
The PTO is the standard two weeks as it is with most companies. There is an option for solid healthcare, vision and dental. 401k is offered as well.
Health insurance was very good and affordable.
